I thought no psychic ability could be used more than one time per turn. So even though Eldrad can potentially recharge after every casting he could still only use a maximum of four powers. Granted, those powers could be 2 warp charges each, but still different powers.

Did I miss something?

No, that's how it goes. He can, however, use those regained charges to power his ghosthelm, or activate his force weapon.

Eldar shenanigans are the best shenanigans!

Activating a force weapon also takes a warp charge. Most people aren't probably going to assault with him though. Lol.

Forgot about the helm. Thought I read something they could use the warp charges for, but couldn't remember what. Lol.

I'm also not so sure the debate is closed as to whether or not you can use the same psychic power more than once per turn. So far as I can tell, each level of psychic mastery gives you a point with which to use a power, and it defines how much powers cost to "cast". It doesn't say, so far as I've been shown, that you can only use a power once per turn.

There is NO SUCH THING as MORE ADVANCED in 40k!!! There are ONLY 2 LEVELS of RULES: Basic and Advanced. THE END. Stop saying "More Advanced". That is not a recognized thing in modern 40k!!!!

There is no debate. Page 67 makes it crystal clear. Any one who is trying to debate it hasn't read the rules.

I stand corrected.

Though you might be confused, as eldrad could cast the same power twice in the old dex, now he can't.

Sad that they changed this, I liked that it made him different rather than just a slightly souped up Farseer :(
