Seems pretty solid to me. Nice saturation of very fast units. Going to be hard for some armies to keep up.

I think you're better off taking just enough warlocks to lead your units (4?) and use the remaining 150 points on another firepower unit or more scoring jetbikes.

(eg dropping 2 warlocks and the overpriced power swords off the storm guardians lets you buy another 6 jetbikes)

As it stands, the small unit of left-over warlocks is neither here nor there. Not enough wounds or attacks to be a major role, and too expensive for a disruption unit.

The farseer autarch and warlocks form voltron, err I mean a mobile seer council buffing/debuffing as needed , Protect/jinx +1 armor ( 2+) or -1 armor (good bye 3+ mehreens) and embolden/horrify are fantastic . But if I need to have more survivable troops conceal is my friend here as I can split the warlocks off leaving the seer council weakened but still usable as support .

Mind you, you can't split the warlocks off after deployment, nor put them pack in the council, and iirc you roll for powers after you decide to move them to the unit or not
(That having been said, 2+/4++ with 3+ cover jetbikes being awesome is a fact, warlocks are still Ld 8 though)

I'm not sure that this is a settled argument yet. The way I see it, the BRB section on Psychic powers states they are rolled before deployment, the section on 'Fighting a Battle' (pages 118-125), the section on rolling up warlord traits is a subsection of the deployment section. So if you you're going by the detail rules in the relevant sections of the BRB, you'd determine your Psychic powers, then roll your warlord trait, then split up your warlocks and then do the rest of your deployment.

I think the competing argument is that in the game summary section in the back of the book (starting on page 148 for the small rulebook) shows Psychic power determination happening after the roll for Warlord Traits. And since the text in the Warlock entry says you split up the Council 'immediately' after determining warlord traits, you do that first and then determine Psychic powers.

It looks like the BRB is contradicting itself, where the detailed rule sections have one order, and the game summary has another. I'm more inclined to follow the detailed rules (note: I do not play Eldar and don't have a vested interest in it being played this way).

I would strongly recommend taking Scatter Lasers over Shuriken Cannons on the Wave Serpents. One more shot and 12" additional range is a good deal for only 5 points, and Laser Lock makes firing the Wave Serpent Shield a much more effective option. I would drop the Power Weapons on the Storm Guardians to pay for this.

Beyond that, page ... 9 I think? States that actions/decisions/dice rolls that occur simultaneously occur in an order selected by the acting player. The text for Warlord traits say they must be rolled prior to deployment. The psychic power section states that they must also be rolled prior to deployment. Since both are happening prior to deployment (simultaneous), it is my opinion that the player can choose to roll his psychic powers, then his warlord trait, then split his warlock council, then deploy.
