This is my first crack at a DA army but here is the basic layout I'm looking at right now. Love to hear your thoughts.

Troops:
5x Deathwing Terminators with Cyclone Missile Launcher in a Land Raider
5x Deathwing Terminators with Cyclone Missile Launcher
6x Ravenwing Bikers with 2 Plasma Guns
+Attack bike with multi-melta
+Landspeeder with multi-melta

Fast Attack:
1x Nephilim Jetfighter

Basic tactics are to use the ravenwing bike squad to soften up troops or pound tanks for the first turn or two whilst moving up the Deathwings to be in a position to smack the gak outta the more dangerous stuff turn 3-4. Nephilim Jetfighter is there as additional anti-tank or anti-flyer, or if there aren't any tanks or flyers left to help the ravenwing bikes in turns 3-4 to take out whatever isn't being engaged by the Deathwing. Side note is that Azrael will go with the non land-raider DW.

What's your goal? If you want to be fluffy; you're there already, go have fun. If your goal is to be reasonably competitive we've got a ways to go.

Discounting taking IG allies and attaching him to a guardsmen blob, I don't like paying Azrael's point cost for 1500 and below.

What models do you have? Is this what you have and nothing else? Once you provide this information, we can offer more detailed feedback.

This is what I have to work with at the moment. I'm not looking for a tourney army. I honestly just want something that's a fun list to use in casual games, but obviously not something that's just going to get spanked all the time because where's the fun in that.
