This thread is dedicated to getting some games in at Comic Quest and their new gaming area. Please join the Facebook group, or feel free to use this thread to set-up games. We currently have a cache of scenery (slowly building that up) along with five 6x4 plywood tables that can be utilized as tabletops. Currently, we have tournaments set up for August 24 and October 5.

Here is the schedule for open tabletop gaming:
Mondays 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
Tuesdays 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
Select Sundays 11:00 am - 7:00 pm (9/1, 9/15, 9/29, 10/13, 10/27)
There are other possible gaming dates, but please check the calendar (http://comicquest.org/calendar.html) or call the store ahead of time to ensure there is space!

I have rules for a league which I will announce soon. Stay tuned!

Wanted to post here as well, I'm a local gamer in the area normally playing at a GW store, but definitely looking forward to trying to get the old times rollin' again at the local Independent Retailer as well.

You mean get gaming area again. Ever since they moved to the under the freeway store its been tough. But if I lived in the area I would be willing to donate terrain.

Update: Just talked to Comic Quest today. They will be hosting a scenery building day soon and we are in the process of setting up a regular Games Workshop night. Also looking at hosting monthly tournaments (probably alternating between 40k and Fantasy, but TBD).

I would be down for whatever. I actually have a yard or two of 1" foam and a cutter, can totally donate it or come by and do some hills. I play 40K and FB.

Games Workshop night is looking to be Tuesday or every other Thursday. Also trying to secure a consistent time for monthly tournements.
