I draw the line on putting stubble on my female miniatures' legs.

I use those little fuzzy black puffballs you can find in the art store. Its an acrylic kind of material, and looks way better than static grass.

Gonna consider putting mustaches on some IG models I have, lol.

Now my old Catachans can have proper fuzz! They just didn't look scruffy enough.
