seems solid to me. quick question for my own benefit even, do you plan on rolling on the table for your warlocks or take the primaris power to give your bikes a 3+ jink?

Of course You should roll to see if you get the armor buff 2+ armor is better than 3+ cover.

If you cross some Reapers those jetbikes are going to go the way of the Squats in a hurry. Your jink won't matter and neither will your armor.

Eldar is about synergy not spamming.

Focusing on 1-2 aspects of the army will get you killed.

You do realize in can just drop str5 ap3 templates on the less mobile and more expensive reapers while keeping my forces either off the board or riding a table edge. It's about how you use them. And I don't believe reapers ignore cover.

Reapers do not ignore "cover" their Reaper Rangefinder wargear lets them ignore "Jinx" so bikes and vehicules who get a cover save from moving or turbo-boosting do not get their save.

Yes but those templates do not ignore cover and there are ways to easily give/improve cover for units. Remember that thing can swing both ways. Reapers are just one thing I tossed in possibly putting a wrench in that list. If you focus your Fire Prism on the Reapers at first something else will make it through.

I don't think spam is such a bad thing in the troops section. Yes, there are things that negate jetbikes' strengths - you can say the same for any unit in the game. One change I would make is to field 3x9 with the warlocks, and split the remainder into 3x3. Keep those small squads in reserve as long as possible, boost them about the board edges away from enemy fire, they can provide you with objectives at the endgame, freeing your big warlock-led squads to fight.

Breaking the last unit up into threes isn't a bad idea. I'll have to watch them in KP games, however, and keep them further away from the enemy.

All running with Warlocks, if he gets the +1 AS he's golden and if he doesn't he's still got Shroud and can use terrain to his advantage. Reaper Rangefinder can limit your opponent's choices but it's not a catch-all for high Cover Save armies like straight "Ignore Cover" is.
