PFG Librarian is on the center battlements with the plasma cannons casting prescience on himself and whatever other diviniation roll (misfortune, perfect timing or scrier's gaze would be nice).

Tacticals are in the Missile building.

Bikes outflanking, Land speeders deep striking? coming in reserves? idk, Terminators deep striking not using Deathwing Assault.

1850 would be drop the Land speeders and give two TH/SS to each unit of Deathwing.

**The Shrike**

It's very fluffy so I like it. It's also not that squishy and you've got lots of scoring units. The one thing I would add is, if you're going to give RAS plasmaguns, why not just take RWBKs? They're infinitely better. Outflanking melta bikes I understand, but plasma bikes aren't that much cheaper than black knights who give you twin-linked, the de-buffing grenades, S5, Rending, HoW, hit-and-run, skilled rider......catch my drift? So I would go with them.

**The Shrike**

I don't think you'd be overly low on troops if you converted the two plasma bike squads to RWBK. You'd still have 4 troop selections, half of which are terminators. Yes, you're low on models, but 6 plasma bikes aren't going to survive many games anyway.

The RWBK, on the other hand, can hit and run their way in and out of combat. You can shoot and charge on your turns and try to stay tied up during his. They're more survivable and deadlier.

Just something to consider. I rest my case.
