Won't this have a lot of trouble with ignores cover stuff?

It can do, but can often outmanoeuvre such things, marker lights can be a problem, but are usually killed turn 1, helldrakes can be an issue, but less than 3 can't do enough damage and if 3 are present the army has enough kick to kill the rest of the chaos , plus the greater manoeuverability of the bikes tends to keep them out of the helldrakes clutches most of the time (1-2 passes per drake per game) each pass will toast 1/2 to 2/3 of a unit, sure, but that's 2 passes to kill each unit, meaning 3 drakes kill 3 units. Then I am OK to win with remainder.
