I've just expanded my Angels of Absolution army to about 8000 points. I don't need anything else; but a fortress of redemption would be a really awesome capstone to put the icing on the cake.

I know they fulfill the crap out of rule #1, but how are the rules? Do people find them useful? Do you keep them cheap or go for all the upgrades?
