I'm pretty sure I'm too light on troops. So should I drop the command squad or the knights? Maybe one of the speeders for another squad of scouts? Please feel free to voice any other comments or concerns.

Yes, you're very light on troops and if you're going to take a banner in Deathwing, the FNP one is so much better. I love knights but I think I'd advise you to drop them the way they are now. Get more dakka terminators to have a 2+/3++/5+++ phalanx to advance and shoot with.

I dig it. I think the Typhoons might be superfluous since you have some anti-tank Devastators. Since you're light on troops I might consider using those 150 points for a full tac squad with Heavy Bolter. About the same anti-personnel fire power with more resiliency and scoring.
