Hey Boys and girls,

Just a question about the Malcador super heavies for anyone who has bought one recently,

are the tracks plastic or resin now?

they were plastic before when GW produced the tank wheels / tracks sprues, I am just wondering if they have switched to resin.

Thanks all,

Noodles.

Derry

Looks like a mixture of both plastic and resin.

Still plastic, AFAIK. All of my Malcador-hull tanks have come with plastic track sprues even though the plastic tank kits no longer use them. The only resin parts were the tracks molded into the side hull pieces (the lighter gray in the picture), there were no separate resin track links.

Also, I should warn you that the Malcador tracks are a nightmare to align properly and the ones without track guards will put any mistakes out in the open where everyone can see them.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.
