Saim-Hann much?  That is an insane number of jetbikes, but that's a good thing. You're insanely mobile, just about everything is scoring, very good list. Obvious downside is the lack of anything to stop flyers. Helldrakes are an obvious concern, but really any flyer with a ground attack flavor is going to give you heck. I can say with certainty that I would panic a little if you put this army on the table across from me, well done!

Not enough Warp Spiders for my liking. As suggested above flyers cause you issues particularly Helldrakes.
I wonder is the Prisms are needed excellent as they are. You'll kill light armour and infantry of any flavour with the spiders and bikes. Whilst the Prisms have that S9 Ap1 Lance it is 1 shot. So you're fairly light against heavy armour and flyers. Personally Id take 10 more Warp Spiders (more AA) and then bright lance War Walkers. Not that they're better than your Prisms just that they cover the weaknesses of the rest of the list better.
I wrote a VERY similar list myself. I think yours would deal with mine better but is less well equipped to deal with other things (lots of AV14 or flyers).
Good list though.

I have a handful of singing spears in there as well, total of 4, tht with guide may help against heavier armor. I'd be lying to myself if I said this list wasn't without flaw. But, I hope I can skate around some of these with speed and proper planning.

Yeah Heavy Armour isn't an auto win against you. But you need to roll 4+ on damage tables early on. Helldrakes though are a MASSIVE concern.

It needs to come on second but it is pretty brutal with vector dancer you can come on and go next to an enemy flyer turn shoot it out of the sky. Then your opponents 2nd flyer will have to fly off as it won't be able to get a shot at you. You respond by leaving the table. He comes on and then you come on and kill him. It should be a match for 2 enemy flyers. But any decent AA will kill it, a quad gun has a pretty good chance to kill it too.
It takes care to use but I think it is the best interceptor in the game at the moment. The problem it has is the same as the Storm talon in that even non-AA ground units are a serious threat due to AV10 all round (the Talons issue being 2HPs). Though Warp Spiders and Wave Serpents can do an AA job, with guide/prescience Warp Spiders should put 6-7 S7 hits on a flyer even the Stake will be concerned with that.

Well, I played a DE player with a slightly modified 2k list. I dropped a 3 man of the Windriders and bought a third unit of 10 spiders. He conceded at the end of his turn two. He went first as well. I shot the tar out of him. He was running Vect, the Baron, a huge beast unit, and the typical stuff. I guess it went well. . .

Got another game in with this list agaisnt TauDar. He was running Wraith Knight sun cannon and scats, two units of wraith guard x5, spirt seer, Commander with a bunch of missiles, 3x Broadsides with a ton of missiles, 20 kroot with sniper rounds, riptide, fire warriors, a fish and a couple other things. It was night fight I got first turn. I just rolled up, shot him up, rolled back. Rinse and repeat the beginning of next phase and he dropped.

Not a bad list. I don't think I'd ever play it as I don't like the Saim-Hann fluff.
I'm in love with Wave Serpents as well, and this list has less than 2...so I disapprove. :-P

Do you really need 3 units of 9 bikes? Maybe adding another farseer to spam prescience/guide on spiders/prism. This could be a good solution vs flyers. I suppose such a fast list will outmanouver any flyers heavy list and just win by claiming objectives and linebreaker
I think this is a solid list. How do you run the council? Stand alone mini deathstar or split up?

I like it, been running a similar themed list myself with 27 Reavers and 18 Wind riders. I'd consider allying in a squad of Reavers as they will draw fire from Wind riders and can provide anti tank.

This was an 1850 game, so only two units of spiders. Since both games have lasted less then two full turns each, I can only comment on how they've done during that time frame. Overall, awesome, just awesome. Super speed, tons of shots, backed by guide/doom, pseudo rending, the vehicular damage bump, and the ability to get away fast makes them one of the most powerful units in the game. In the 2k game, they killed about two full units of beasts in a turn, guide on two units, he saved against doom, likely the only reason there was any left at the end. And they jet packed out of assault range because of dice rolling. In the 1850 game they killed 15 kroot, a fish, and a riptide that he decided to place in a forward position. But they have some hard counters, like ap3 ignores cover. . .im looking at you bale turkey. In scenarios like that I may deep strike them or maximize unit spread, for what it's worth.

I break the seer unit up. 1 jetlock per 9 man bike unit, and the Farseer joins one of these as well. Conceal on each unit, with night fight active is just silly. I saved 14 wounds against the wraith knights sun cannon because of it. Pretty miraculous rolling, really. I have to learn to space my units better. I'm a bit rusty, I spent a year off, and this was only my sixth 6ed game or so.

I had considered DE allies, for the Razorwing, but believe it would weaken the list as a whole.
Other thoughts; When I get the tau book, I may be adding allies for sky fire. Maybe a riptide or some missile suits for back field support when my speed units spam the front line. I've also thought about adding a third 10 man spider unit to the 1850. I'm not sure if having another 10 man would outweigh the benefits of having so many troops flying around causing mischief.

I ghost walk my prisms into difficult terrain and jiggle them for better cover saves. I hate sinking a ship because of diff terrain lolz.
