I play crons. I wanna know how you beat crons, mostly the wraith spam crons list. You know the one. That's the one I run. I want to be aware of the ways people counter this.

There isn't a balanced against all comers army out there that can beat every other popular list out there at tournaments and also counter the Cron Air With Wraiths. That's why Cron Air With Wraiths is dominant and wins every competitive tournament. Every single unit in it is either points effective (underpriced) or straight overpowered, so the Necron player has to be a bit of a tool to in fact lose to most armies.
The best armies against it are ones that ally with Necrons, because the mirror match is balanced. Tau with Necrons, Chaos with Necrons. And of course Pure Necrons.

Riptide gunline Tau, in my experience wrecks them. The FW should rip the wraiths to pieced with storm of fire and the Night Scythes will bite the dust under interceptor shots.

Most of the time, Necrons can be fairly reliably beaten down in combat - and as a result, you get to sweep or break them and that stops any RP rolls to get them back up too.
HOWEVER. A couple of units aren't so easily overrun, and Wraiths are among them (Lychguard also spring to mind). These units you need to bring down with ranged firepower. With both Wraiths and Lychguard, massed basic firepower to force lots of saves is much better than a few high-powered shots as they'll still get cover/Invulnerable saves against them.

How would one beat an av13 wall of ghost arcs and stalkers supported by monolith. In my local meta this list seems to dominate the most, i'm making the transition from mech to infantry, but just don't seem to get enough anti mech in my lists to handle 7 av13 vehicles at 1500 points.

What army ur playing with? I assume ure playing with a meq? Pack lots of melta. They use 2 dice for armor penetration rolls. Ghost arks and triarch stalker is av11 all around not av13 lol. I think your buddy just had you. Make sure you take a look at his codex next time he points something at you. While its true for the monolith. If you dont have anything that could deal with it, the. Just avoid it and deal with things that you could kill. Remember that this game is about objective not killpoints.

Actually they do, quantum shielding.
I find for me, the best way to defeat them (at least in my area, the guy who plays runs scarabs, wraiths, and night scythes) is to focus most of your fire fire on the wraiths. Quality of fire does not matter because you need quantity to get past that 3++. Other then that, once the wraiths reach my lines (if they survive, more often then not some do), then I will try and think about who he wants most. I move them away from the wraiths 6" and move a unit he doesn't care about killing between them. He know has a choice, to go around (if you position right) or to attack the cannon fodder unit.
Then usually, I don't focus on night scythes but rather I focus on the area that troops will be dropped in. I can either fill that spacce he wants with my own units or just get ready to blast his troops off the board when they touch down.

Mech IG should have no issue smashing this type of list.

No, you were correct before: they have AV11 ALL AROUND (Quantum Shielding is only front and sides, and once penned, goes back to 11)
