I am planning to use the Chaos Space Marine Noise Marines in a game but I don't understand how their Blastmaster works. It says it has two frequencies but how do these work? Do you switch between them? Do you use one for the game? Please tell me how these work.

Like a missile launcher, you choose how you want to fire it each turn. Pick a profile and fire away!

I thought you use one when you moved because it's an assault profile. The other profile is Heavy and Blast so you can't fire that if you moved. But you could still fire the Assault 2 if you wanted when stationary.

I use Blastmasters and yes, You can use either profile when stationary. If you moved during the movement phase, you only have the choice of the assault option. Heavy weapons can perform snap shots if they moved, but this does not apply to any template weapons. Since it's a blast template, it cannot snap shoot.

Plus, because of the assault profile on it, you can also use it to fire overwatch

I love the blast-master and while everyone else has already answered this question I want to point something out you should also keep in mind. The FAQ for chaos space marines changed the Noise Marine purchase options. It is no longer one blast master per every 10 men. Instead you can purchase one with the base squad and then purchase an additional one if you reach 10 or more men. Given how beautiful these weapons are, they are what krak missile launchers wish they could grow up to be, this is important information to keep in mind.

The FAQs for both Forgeworld and Games Workshop are in my sig.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

I tend to just google Game Workshop, warhammer and FAQ because I am too lazy to actually copy the URL down somewhere. It also guarantees that you are being directed to the official website, as the primary return and the one with the URL that matches game workshop. This is very important as some people are sad enough to try and spoof this information to win games, very rare but the possibility has been debated so it is something to keep in mind. Does take a little more clicking to get the information, but you can trust the source then.
