Quick question - if you have a Wraithlord, how many attacks does it have? Base 3 + 1 for two melee weapons? Do the flamers/catapults count as one-handed weapons here?

Also - he can only shoot twice, right, as an MC? So if you have two heavy weapons, you can't fire both flamers as well?

Flamers/Catapults are not close combat weapons.
And yes, only two weapons.

Grendel's right. And yep, those Flamers are for Overwatch 84.328% of the time.

Page 51 will outline close combat weapons. This will cover how to recognize them and answer your concerns about how many attacks they give as well. Not all what you put forth was answered and the gaps can be filled in by reading that page.
