Yeah Vostroyan! Just got a bunch of those myself
Anyway, no specials in the
CCS? Its one of the few BS4 units you've got so at least give them something. Also no standard? If you had commissars in the squads I'd be like okay, but you don't so might want to invest in those. Plus standards help
HWTs, commissars don't (par Lord Coms that is).
I'm not a fan of mortars, pretty much all they're useful for are barrage sniping, but even then... If you have the models though, sure, roll with it.
Since you have a vox on each unit, I presume they are not combined. In this case a commissar for everyone's too costly so I would look at a standard again. And I wouldn't bother with voxes on a
PCS. The
CCS really has the only orders you want assurance of them going through. I would suggest putting the lascannons into the infantry squads. They are just too vulnerable alone and being lascannons, a big target.
I'm not sold on 5 storm troopers with 2
PGs. Seems like its kinda going for a balance between the hellguns and plasma, but with 5 guys they will hardly last long. 2 plasmaguns getting to fire once or twice is hardly great. Maybe bulk them out to 10 guys for a bit more durability so they can really contest objectives (flamers would probably be better anyway) or give them meltaguns.
Ratlings are alright, but they're just snipers in the end. The Vostroyan ones look cool so may as well keep them.
Yes vendettas are good, but there isn't a lot to complement it. Most of the armies quite static except for a few units like the storm troopers and hellhound. And with the lonely hellhound... its a way to give up first blood I guess.
LRBT are average, don't give them camo cloaks. I'd probably drop the camo and take them as demolishers if you want the large blasts. Yes it's shorter range, but on a 1.5k battlefield you're hardly going to be tossing pie plates 72", more like 36" max. So the 24" should suffice, plus... it's a demolisher.
At the moment it looks like its dabbling a little in everything, well most things. It would perform better to pick a few areas and focus on them to make them you're strengths, rather than being even spread across the board. Don't take a chimera for the
CCS if they are going to be the only units in one. Too easy for them to get savaged in the inevitable explosion and loose warlord.
