Hi all,

So, as the title suggests, I'm wondering what happens when these three things come together. I.e. what happens when a model with Eternal Warrior and FNP gets hit by an attack that inflicts ID. Does he get his FNP save, or not?

The ID attack would inflict ID and therefore negate FNP, but said model has Eternal Warrior, preventing him from being Insta-deathed.

So, what happens?

My feeling is that he doesn't get the save. I see at as follows:

1) Model gets hit by an ID hit
2) Model takes any saves he can, which does not include FNP as ID negates it
3) Wounds are applied. Say the model has 2 Wounds. You go to apply 2 Wounds from ID, but this is stopped by EW, so only 1 Wound is suffered.

Am I right?

Thanks in advance

Wrong forum, but the answer's no, it's in the BRB FAQ.

Since when does EW halve wounds?

If you only have 2 wounds Eternal Warrior would effectively halve the wounds of any ID attack.
