Basically I go against a lot of MEQ. And I'm wondering if taking advantage of the double FOC at 2k for more Kanz is worth it more then the TL Rokkits for the potential to wack some backfield Whirlwinds. Also, I'm not quite sure if I want to do sluggas or shootas in the second list. Looking for criticism. Any and all please.

To me it looks like those two lists are exactly the same...

As far as a kan wall goes, at 2k points I really think you would have to do 2FOC to make it viable. With a single FOC you just cannot get enough and they have a tendency to die rather quick. But with 18kans say, thats a lot to deal with. Also wouldn't bother with the grot riggers, if you do go double and are sparse for points, loose some deffkoptas.
