It's not great, there's quite a few changes you should make.

Firstly, try to build your list to a more round points value. I'm sure an opponent wouldn't mind playing at a value of 1125, but chances are he won't have a list. Far easier if you were to build your list to 1000 or 1250 points.

Maugan Ra isn't a bad HQ, but I really don't think he's worth the points. A Farseer, Spiritseer, The Avatar or most other Phoenix Lords are better HQ choices.

I would also combine the DA Squads and purchase an Exarch. Equip the Exarch to deal with what you think he'll need to. If you think you need extra shooting, get him a TL Catapult. If you think you need protection, get a Shimmershield etc...

Crimson Hunters are good, but personally, I wouldn't take two. The reason is that, with the Crimson Hunter being so fragile, if your opponent has Skyfire or Interceptor, he'd be able to take any number down with roughly the same ease. I have seen two used effectively though. Also, the Exarch upgrade is a must.

I haven't been overly impressed with the Wraithknights, and I think taking two at such a low points level will just leave you thin on the ground. They're great for drawing fire, mostly, and you only need one to do that. If you're taking them though, definitely get the Scattershield and Suncannon upgrade and purchase a Scatter Laser, it makes the Wraithknight more durable and far more killy. You can get a Starcannon for the last weapon slot if you want, but it's not really necessary.
