Just a quick question, this didn't seem to be rule related but more of a query.

she has two weapons, one of which has a ranged profile and melee the other is melee.

Now after looking at it why would you EVER not use the profile with shred?

It's literally the exact same, S User, AP2, but with Shred.

Seem's like you would only use it if you didn't want to win the combat but that seems way too niche.
