I think the scorpions are a poor choice to pair on a Wave Serpent. Otherwise, your lists look deadly.

I'd replace the Warp Jump Generator on the Autarch with a Jetbike. Same cost and similar mobility, increases its Toughness so you don't get Instant Death from S6 or S7 weapons any more, and more importantly, you don't have a 1 in 6 chance of losing your Autarch whenever you roll a double on the warp jump.

And if you can spare 7 points somewhere, giving him a laser lance instead of the chainsword also makes him decent at hunting those smaller 3+ armour save squads hiding in cover in the back field like Dark Reapers, Devastators or Long Fangs.

The nice part about the Warp Jump Generator is he can ride in a transport IF he needs to (plus,the model looks much more awesome, IMO). I used to run a Warp-Spider Autarch, and it was very cool. But, to each their own.

The point of the Autarch is to give the Warp Spiders some tank busting and not auto give warlord which is how I feel it would go taking another HQ choice like a farseer in with guardians. The wave serpent on the Scorps is for just getting another wave serpent on the field. that was the only purpose in doing it that way.
