Hey there! I've been a collector for years, but i'm only really getting into the battling side of things. I know it must be a pain every time a beginner starts and asks for tips, but i've put some lists together and just want to see if any of you experts could give me any pointers? Don't go to hard on me haha
I'll start with my two 1500 point Chaos Marine lists:
HQ - Daemon Prince, mark of nurgle, winged
TROOPS - 10 marines in rhino - X2 - both squads in rhinos will have close combat weapons added
20 marines on foot
ELITES - Hellbrute plus twin lasscannon
HEAVY SUPPORT - Defiler
Maulerfiend
Predator with added side lasscannons
That's the basis, I just need to decide on weapon upgrades and what not, and if there is anything I should swap things for?
My second Marine list is a stab at using Typhus and his Plague zombies in a 2000 pints list:
HQ - Typhus
TROOPS - 3X 30 Zombies
1X 20 Zombies
2X 10 Marines in a Rhino
ELITES - 2X Hellbrute - One with Autocannon, One with Lascannon
HEAVY SUPPORT - 2X Defiler - One with Lascannon, One with Autocannon
Maullerfiend
As I said I've been collecting for years, but have been more focused on the painting and modelling. Because of this I still find it hard to not take all the models I think simply look the best.
Any ideas or pointers would be more than welcome
