There are list restriction for the event. 1 flyer per player, no allies, no more than 2 heavy, fast, elite.

3 chariots of slannesh (awesome targe for grim, or possibly the deamonettes)

You can only fit 2 greater rewards on the GUO. Or 2 greater and 1 lesser.

I've been learning some things about the differences between LoC, DPs, and Fateweaver.
If you want a close combat monster, DP with Biomancy is superior to a LoC. If you want a master Psyker, Fateweaver is the way to go over a LoC (also, his re-roll saves my FMCs all the time).
So really, I don't see the benefit of a LoC over Fatey or a DP.

Horrors do much better when supported by Divination. A Herald in the Horror squad is a great idea. 3D6+2D6 twin linked shots is much better than 3D6 shots.

Got a list suggestion for me?

Replace LoC with either Fateweaver or DP.
Probably make the DP Tzeench, since S&P (no sweeps!) on a DP is dumb. Although Shroud is good....

Take the Grimoire on the GUO and the Portalglyph on the Tzerald for more units of Horrors.

Or, lose the greater on the GUO and take Fateweaver instead of the DP.

I think for the points I like the Lord of Change over a Daemon Prince any day IMO. Fateweaver is good for spells but if on ground he is in trouble. I think the Great Unclean is awesomesauce... I am not a huge daemonette fan, they run fast for objectives, but I like Plaguebearers better for holding objectives. Pink horrors are nice until you give someone FNP.. it is too bad all the Tzeentch spells do this.
