Hi All, I searched for, but couldn't find, info on installing an image into the signature section. Is there a simple way to do it specifically for Dakka? thanks!

It's exactly the same as putting an image in a post, simply get the url of the image and wrap it in the img tags like this.
[img]yourimage[/img]

Only thing to remember is it has a limited height of 150 pixels, which just means it'll cut it off a bit there.

How do you go about making an image into a hyperlink within your signature, to take this one step further?
