So Hello,
I'm new to this community and as a new WM player of only about a month (I started with the Retribution Army), I saw that Convergence was coming out. Through some initial reading of speculation I got so excited I Preorded everything the army is set to launch with for a 50pts army.

Then, I saw on Ebay that some groups were selling the army in advance at a higher price point. I went ahead and bought a battlebox, the book and some angels just to wet my whistle before everything else shows up next month.

After reading the book, all I can say is that this army is going to be NASTY. My right arm is tatted up in a clockwork theme and Convergence is basically the WM culmination of something I wish I could someday do. Take my soul and conscious thought and put it into a humanoid machine! I know, I'm crazy!

I've begun painting the pieces yesterday and will post some screenshots tonight when I get home.

I'm so completely excited about this faction that I can barely contain myself.

From reading everything, it's basically like the entire army will work together as one unit, with each one complimenting the other in a cycle with either focus, healing or buffs.
If you try to pull off a complicated tactic, you also have a Luck skill that lets you re-roll attack rolls and such.
