I am starting a tau army, and I am still trying to decide on what colors to paint them.
I think I want to use the colors on the broadside in the fluff section (p42 of Tau codex), but I can't figure out what kind of blue
to use that will match the art.

If anyone has tried this scheme or knows a way to mix the color, I would love to know how to make it!

That looks like Hawk Turquoise (not sure of the new name) to me. If you did it up with grey and orange, I think it would turn out pretty good.
