I love a Redeemer with pKreoss or with eFeora. On pKreoss's feat turn, the Redeemer is a brilliant assassination tool, and for eFeora, her bond makes it a fire spreading machine. pSeverius also can use one, as POW 9 blasts are pretty legitimate. Outside of those 3 however, it's kind of a focus hog, and I'd probably look at other options.
The Zealots are great front line infantry, and are great as they're almost completely independent of the caster, and don't need any support. I would say if you don't have a good front line unit (Like Errants or TFG), then grab these guys, as they'll clear light infantry and can jam very well with their turn of invincibility (Always take them with the U/A, Always). With POW 14 bombs, they can do well against light jacks and heavy infantry, and the blasts are good at taking on light infantry. Only thing is that they are very short ranged (to the point where they have the same threat range as TFG), which is why they're usually used as a jamming unit rather than for their bombs. If you can extract them from melee after jamming, they can do very well indeed.
Deliverers are decent, but prepare to roll a lot of scatters every turn. They're best against light infantry, but are not particularly efficient at taking on anything else (they can combine fire, but it's not great). I'd probably take the other options first to be honest.
Long story short, if you have both TFG and Errants already then probably grab the Redeemer first, if not, then grab the Zealots. Hold off on the Deliverers until you have the other two options.

Pretty much what was said above. If you've got TFG/Errants, grab the redeemer, if not, consider zealots.
That said, deliverers never have appealed to me at (would rather have a redeemer or another unit)

redeemer depends on the caster and the rest of your army but can be a huge nuker, or a huge waste
I dont like zealots they seem like a HUGE point waste for me unless i wanted them to day, and they have a 4 inch range weapon so if your looking for range look elsewhere they die to fast so they probaby wont be able to use it
delivers are cool units that both rock and suck, depending on the caster or how you use them i would say a 10 man squad of them is over kill when they all do a combine range attack and blast 1 target or spam many little shots at smaller targets at 16 inch range, these guys are best pea shooters or the best 5 aoe mini nuker that will almost insta hit, but both sides has its flaws
you could also go for the delivers artilery that works too
