Hi,
So I finally found a playing style I like. Fast attack with open topped transports so I can shoot out of them, Hence what bought me to Dark Eldar.
So, Iam wondering what is the best way to go about this?
I was thinking warriors in raiders and trueborn in venom's... (something along though's lines)
Thank you for your time,

Welcome -to the dark side.
splinter racks anb raiders are a great core.
My suggestion is think about heavy slots. Ravagers are cheap anti-tank. razor wings are great antihoard and passable antitank. Two of one and one of the other your choice,
The other is do you like jetbikes or not.
Anything else can go into your raiders and venoms.

And i dont like jetbikes, whilst i see there uses I see them as something That I dont like. Automatically Appended Next Post: Iam thinking of taking like 6 of these...
10 warriors 190
-sybarite
-spinter cannon
-raider with night shields and spinter rack (but maybe difrent variations)
And
Elites
4 true born 138
-dracon
-spintercannon
-venom with spinter cannon and night shield (any good? anyone?)
It would give me the shooting iam looking for too.. but would it work?

You may have too much in ant-personnel. Try it but also prepare some blaster armed true born. You may need some anti-tank and it never hurts to have some S 8 firepower.

IMHO :
5 warriors with a blaster in a venom is the best 125 points you can spend in the DE codex.
I'd rather have the splinter cannons on the venom than the splinter racks.
Your load out above (10 warriors, SC, raider) is 190 points.
Instead, for 250 points, you can bring 4 splinter cannons and 2 blasters in two skimmers instead of one.
The formula (though obviously you don't have to stick to it.. ) is something like
3 units of 3 (or 4) trueborn, all with blasters, in venoms
3 ravagers
as many units of warriors in venoms as you can fit in the list.
cheapest HQ possible. (a haemy. maybe a liquifier gun)
Variations on this formula I like,
-- Add in a couple units of wyches, they are 10 strong and come in a raider. Pretty reliable 2nd turn charge.
-- bring the baron with a decent size unit of hellions.
You can do a deployment trick with pain tokens here,
Get a unit of wracks, hellions, the baron and a haemy.
Deploy the wracks with the baron, nearby deploy the hellions with the haemy.
Move the haemy away from the hellions. Leave the pain token.
Move the baron away from the wracks (and join the hellions). Take the wrack's pain token with him as he goes.
Now the hellions are sitting there on turn 1 with 2 pain tokens, the buffs from the baron... not a "death star" but certainly durable.
