Previously, no matter what device I was reading dakka on it'd sync that I had 'read' a post already.

Currently I am experiencing that when I read a post on my iPhone/iPad my PC doesn't realize I've read the post, even when Ctrl+F5 Refreshing the index/viewed thread page.

You can get a glitch where you get double logged in. Look at the list of active users and you'll see you are logged in twice. Click logout on each device, then login again on one, then login again on the other and it should sort out the problem.
