I've changed from collecting eldar to dark eldar and wondered if it is possible to convert guardians, dire avengers and swooping hawks into Kabalite warriors and scourges, if anyone has any tutorials or links that would be greatly appreciated.

You could counts-as them as Corsairs. Eldar pirates. Not evil per se, but piratey. Use regular guardians and use raiders and ravagers for the rest, just don't over-gross it. No heads on pikes etc.

It will not be easy. You'd have to convert the weapons from somewhere, and Hawks are finecast which adds another layer of difficulty. It is not a course of action I would undertake lightly.
