Ok, probably someone else already asked about: can you give the Psycannon to the justicar (eg.: a terminator justir) so that he can make it Master Crafted?
The entry states: "a terminator ca replace his storm bolter with".. and so forth.
The unit is called "Terminator Justicar", and seems logical to me that he can!
Thoughts?

No. Like with so many other discussions like this one, it comes down to simple terminology. A terminator justicar is not a terminator, same as a techmarine gunner is not a techmarine, etc.

When you see a name in the point purchase chart it is referring to an individual model. Whenever it means any model in the squad, it tends to use a term very similar to that one 'any model.' Just because they are in the same squad, and that squad is titled 'terminator,' doesn't make all the models within 'terminators.'

Actually a Techmarine Gunner is a Techmarine. He just doesn't have the same options as an Elite choice Techmarine. but he is still a Techmarine for the purposes of Bolster and taking a unit of Servitors.

Even if the justicar could upgrade to a Psycannon, he is just a 1-wound model with Perils hanging over his head. I don't even give him a Hammer, these days.

Precision shots and getting a LOS! can help however, especially as by the time you hit combat, when youre using hammerhand, the psycannon is mostly a club
