I'm guessing your plan is to buff wardancers with beasts to be your 'Hammer'. The problem I'm seeing is hitting power, 24 6+ ward save models wont be likely to see combat in big enough numbers to make the power shift you would need. Other then that your hitting power is 43 arrows a turn plus HoDA, this against T3 5+ save is 7 wounds (43*hitting on 4's= 22, wounding on 4's = 11, divide by 3= 7). This isn't enough.
I'm not sure what dryads want to do, do they wont to baby sit archers? Re direct? Be stubborn in a forest and be an anvil? Either way I prefer units of 12 for combat duties, units of 8 for re directing and other sacrificial stuff, keep that in mind. Also wand of wych elm FAR outstrips dispel scroll. It single handily makes wood elf magic defence amazing.
I like your eagle hero, is he a chaff hunter or war machine hunter or knight hunter? He could preform all of these, that's why I like him. Also not sure the BSB is really helping, because you are buying him for the sole purpose of keeping 40 glade guard on the board. Everyone else is either ItP or wont be in range. Not saying no, just saying it might not be best investment.
But instead of poking holes I will give some advise, drop a unit of dryads and wardancers to get a treeman. He can act as a REAL anvil to let dancers get flank charges and he works GREAT in synergy with the BSB, re-rolling his leadership with stubborn means he wont be running away any time soon. I would suggest finding some way to fit in Wand of wych elm and also looking into switching to live. Dwellers gives a much needed damage potential boast and flesh to stone makes wardacers much more formidable. While in beats all you are wanting is Wildform and Curse. Its a toss up, but life really helps the treeman!
