If I were to include an IC with the Jet Pack type in a Windrider Jetbike squad, how would this effect their movement?

Movement phase: 12" for the Jetbikes, 6" for the Jet Pack (obvious)

Shooting (Run): 0" for the Jetbikes, D6" for the Jet Pack (and Jetbikes can shoot due to Battle Focus)
OR
Shooting (Turbo Boost): 36" for the Jetbikes, 0" for the Jet Pack (no one can shoot)

Assault phase: 2d6" for everyone

Is this correct?

Each model moves as per the rule for their type, and must remain in cohesion. Placing an IC of a different unit type into a unit has not effect on how either the IC or the unit is allowed to move.

Except I believe the unit cannot run or turbo boost. The unit must run or turbo boost as the entire unit cannot run and the entire unit cannot turbo boost non of the models can do either.

They both can do their thing, its the same as Tau drones with non-jet pack models, they can still do their jump...
Only requirement? everyone stay in coherency.

No the rules are worded differently.

The unit may choose to run... BRB pg 14

Can a jetbike unit choose to run?

BRB pg45: ...bikes cannot run...

So the unit may not choose to run and therefore the model may not run. Interestingly I do not see anything which does not let the unit turboboost and that rule is much less specific in its wording as it does not indicate if the choice is by model or unit.

There is no restriction on the jump pack model. The Jet Bike unit type rules say that a unit of jet bikes can't run, but a restriction on a given unit type doesn't apply to a model of another unit type. Each model follows its own movement rules. They just have to stay in coherency, as AV and DK said.
