So... I have a 2500 point game coming up with a Dark Angels friend of mine on Saturday. It's tradition to swap lists a couple days before hand, so we know what to expect, so I have a couple questions.

So, am I the only one who can't see him winning this under any realistic circumstances? I didn't try to make my list hyper competitive, but I really can't see him being anything but screwed. So... if you were him, how would you use that army to beat mine? Is it realistically possible?

Well you're going to get shot, a lot. Accurate shooting too with Ezekiel, who will lower the stats on your tough guys. What weapons are the tac squads loaded with?

None. I listed none because they don't have any.
I'm thinking that his hyper accurate bolters won't be that effective, because I can either A. Deep strike and assault with stormboyz before he can shoot or B. Wal my 8 walkers up, impervious to all but 11 of his army's guns and nearly imperious to the rest.

I do not think its going to be exactly a roll over, but it depends on what you're playing. If its just scoring troops, you niay be in for a bit of strife as he will be pumping out a lot of shots. Those shoota boys probably wont go too far. A lot would also depend how he intends to run it, with the banner and the ADL he's probably going to be very clumped. This works to your advantage as you can multicharge with zagstrukk. It looks like overall he was expecting to verse a horde, hence is light on the anti tank. But since your highest armour rating is AV12 on the dreads, it probably wasn't that bad of a call.
Ways I think he could win is if he knocks out the burnawagon (I assume the burnas are going in it) and stop the bikers. Then of course things could go wrong for you, an unfortunate scatter from zagstrukk could seriously screw him over and those terminators will probably make short work of your walkers. If I was him, I'd try to keep the terminators out of CC with the biker nobs (historically this has worked terribly for me, DW aren't that hugely different from vanilla terminators are they?) and just bolterize everything else.
