It's a very bad list. At 15 points, chances are you will only meet warjacks/warbeasts. The Master Tormentor will be useless against them.

Secondly, you have 1 beast providing 4 fury. Xerxis is Fury 5 which means he wants at least 2 beasts preferably at a total of 7-9 fury. If you lose that 1 beast, Xerxis is going to cut himself.

Go for mainly beasts at such a low point cost and include units at 25 points level.

Really can't beat a Bronzeback/Gladiator combo at 15. You can also play Xerxis at this level with both of them and while you will lose some bonuses of pMorg under feat turn having those guys roll extra damage dice would be brutal, I will just try and set up charges when you can get into combat with multiple models because the bronzeback is going to easily make paste out of even the hardest nuts to crack.

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd
