As far as I know, the only place you can buy it that isn't the Internet is warhammer world.

“Because we couldn’t be trusted. The Emperor needed a weapon that would never obey its own desires before those of the Imperium. He needed a weapon that would never bite the hand that feeds. The World Eaters were not that weapon. We’ve all drawn blades purely for the sake of shedding blood, and we’ve all felt the exultation of winning a war that never even needed to happen. We are not the tame, reliable pets that the Emperor wanted. The Wolves obey, when we would not. The Wolves can be trusted, when we never could. They have a discipline we lack, because their passions are not aflame with the Butcher’s Nails buzzing in the back of their skulls.
The Wolves will always come to heel when called. In that regard, it is a mystery why they name themselves wolves. They are tame, collared by the Emperor, obeying his every whim. But a wolf doesn’t behave that way. Only a dog does.
That is why we are the Eaters of Worlds, and the War Hounds no longer."

GW stores don't stock it (except Warhammer World).
Independents don't stock it because there's no trade discount available so it would just be more than buying direct (and FW are generally pretty fast to ship).
Take a trip to Nottingham - it's only a few hours by train.

Would you say the trip would be a half day or a full day trip?

You might be able to do it in a half day, depending where you are in london, if you just go there, hit the store and leave.
Realistically it's a day trip.

You will be able to do it in half a day, but most of that time would be travelling and not much time to chill at WW, as scott said, better to give it a full day if you want to do anything else than turn up buy and leave, i reckon.
Im in nottingham and when I visit london, i estimate at least four hours to get there from my door, normally more tbh if i dont want to rush.

If you go to nationalrail.co.uk you can find train times from london - just type london in as start, and nottingham as destrination. Warhammer World is in Lenton, outside of Nottingham, but a taxi ride shouldnt be too expensive.
You're looking at around 2 hours by train, and they are pretty frequent. I would suggest taking most of the day there - worth it to chill out, chat to people gaming, etc.
