Was perusing through and immediately noticed that this guy's arms are far, far too small. Like rediculously so. I know GW's models are known for their creative geometry, but this just seems bizarre.

they don't look any shorter than a Wraithlord or Wraithguard's arms to me.

I think they're okay, but close to being to small. For me I think its just that the torso and legs are too big, not so much in terms of scale, its just that they're too bulky for me. But I guess that's because I'm used to picturing a revenant titan when I think of eldar walkers getting into that size range.

It's a valid point, but to be honest the Wraithknight really doesn't need arms for anything. They're probably built short on purpose because all they're supposed to be are convenient places to mount weapons.

I'm reminded of the Battletech mechs a lot at this point. Most (that I can remember, don't quote this as complete fact) of them didn't even have hands, the arms just ended in weapons.

So, realistically, how long should the arms of an alien construct built from psychically attuned living bone be?

and, for that matter, which of us on Dakka sculpted this model so the question may be answered?

/sarcasm

Seriously, though, the model looks fine.
