For artillery, I know the crew members get the toughness of the artillery piece, but does it get its 3+ save as well? for instance, 2 eldar guardians and a heavy support platform. Do the guardians get the platforms 3+ save? or just the toughness?

The crew use the Toughness and Saving Throw of the artillery, that's what makes them viable in this edition.

I'm pretty sure wound allocation is still applied normally meaning the individual model uses his armor save.

Step 1) buy a rule book
Step 2) use the index to find artillery
Step 3) read the artillery section
Step 4) ??????
Step 5) don't post rules questions in tactics

Star Trek taught me so much. Like, how you should accept people, whether they be black, white, Klingon or even female...

If I know that the crew uses the artillery's toughness then I think that means step 1-3 has been done. You can be cordial and either help or say move this to you make da call section. I clearly did not understand that is where the rules go. But thank you for your help griddlelol!
