Hello everyone, Im a newbie 40k player lookiing for some advice/suggestions on putting together a US (Non FW) Corsair/Pirate themed Eldar army. My basic thoughts were to model Guradians Etc with a hybrid of Dark Eldar and Misc bits, and leaning toward the old Eldritch Raiders Blue/Black/Yellow w/ tiger stripes paint scheme, probably with Yriel as an HQ. Id like to keep the army somewhat within existing Fluff, and also make it effective on the table. Im still pretty new to the tactics, Im hoping some of you might help give me some direction or suggestions?

Also, Im curious if modelling a Dark Eldar/Eldar hybrid army is going to be a problem playing against some people? I assume most people are OK with using "Counts As" as long as the models are fairly well representative? Also, would it be kosher to Have mixed Dark Eldar and Craftworld units in the same army under this circumstance?
