Your troops look ok. Long fangs are probably ok.
Master of Runes is a waste of points. Just keep your Rune priests cheap. Like this...
Rune Priest + Chooser of the Slain (110)
Rune Priest (100)
Right away, that saves you 80 points. Spend some of that to max out your first Grey Hunter squad with 10 dudes. Then maybe pick up a lone wolf.
I'm not sure what you expect to accomplish with the wolf scouts. In principle, "Operate Behind Enemy Lines" sounds fantastic, but in practice it's really not that good. Here's some reasons why.
First, if your opponent has a quad gun, he's going to ruin your day because "Interceptor" allows the gun to shoot at models arriving from reserve. That means you'll have to eat 4 twin linked S7 AP4 shots before you get to do anything.
Second, in a 1000 point game, there's a really good chance that your opponent won't have many units close to his table edge by the time your scouts arrive. When the armies are small, most of the units tend to move to the center. So it's possible that your scouts (with a range of 12") won't be able to shoot at anything until turn 3 or 4.
Third, units of 5 marines are pretty fragile - and scouts don't wear power armor so this is especially true for them. After you get your one round of shooting, there is a very good chance that a single round of shooting will rout them.
So I don't think you should be spending 10% of your points on this unit that *might* do something important, but probably wont. A better choice would be a unit that can always influence the battle, even if that influence is small. For example,
