Loving the posters, as has been stated. I also like that you've included stairwells in some of the work. It's rare to see ruins that your minis don't have to Cliffhanger their way to the top of.
Two things: I think that this would be more useful if the stairs were wide enough to allow a mini to stand on them. Also, I wondered if the floors are close enough to maintain coherency for a unit in 40k. Both of these affect how useful the terrain would be for wargaming purposes. As a side note, are your pieces sold painted like this? And do the posters come as part of the terrain piece?

Regarding the stairs I could add a halfway step that would be wide enough. As for the floor width, they tend to vary a lot, what sort of Size would I require?
Yes my Models are sold fully painted and detailed, and ready to play with.
