I was just taking a gander thru the new forgeworld things... (As I had heard rumors of more new necron models coming out in forgeworld)
I saw the new Imperial Armour book they are advertizing on their site.. So I clicked on it.
Looking thru the pictures they have a page on a necron character named Kutlakh the World Killer, So I read..
I like what I read and want to know more...
I cant find more...
Does anyone know anything more?

Most likely, it is going to be like a lot of Forge World books, establishing new fluff for different portions of the 40k universe.

Its an actual character, and with those stats and those special rules coupled with that wargear, hey I think that many points is too much.
