I'm currently about to make my chaos terminator squads, and I'm not quite happy with the load-out I currently have for shooting: Autocannon, 2x combi-flamer, 2x combi-bolter (I bought them like this on Ebay).

So I went on a quest searching for 4 combi-plasmas and 4 combi-meltas, with the intention to magnetize them for varied setups, but here I hit a barrier. I cannot find these weapons sold anywhere.

So my question here is, how/where do you guys get your combi-meltas/plasmas?

Combi-meltas and combi-flamers are pretty plentiful in the Chaos Terminators sprue. There is also one in the Chaos lord sprue.

You'll have to build your own combi-plasmas. I built mine out of a modified combi-bolter and plasma pistol.

For Combi-meltas I chopped up 2 bolters and glued them over-under, then used the melta tip from a Multi-Melta (although the Melta sponson gun from the IG Leman Russ works also).
I suspect using the plasma coil section from a plasma-pistol attached to a bolter in the same way would work for those combi-weapons.
