Was looking over my Necron Codex and was wondering about the Cryptek's Chronometron.

If my Cryptek and Overlord are in the same unit, could I use the Chronometron to re-roll my Overlord's failed RP roll?

Would it matter if the Overlord and Cryptek are in a Royal Court unit instead of a unit of Immortals (for example)?
