We all know that the general wisdom is that the Annihilation Barge is the best choice for Necron general, bar none. But once you've loaded up on barges, what is the best choice between the Doomsday Ark, Doom Scythe and Triarch Stalker?

Once you've loaded up on Barges, you can't take 2 out of 3 of the choices you presented.

And Stalkers don't generally mix with Barges, as they are already twinlinked.

Two Force Organization charts will indeed allow me to take any of the choices I presented.

Well I run Ghost Arks full of warriors, Pair that with Triarch Stalkers for lots of twin linked goodness!
But if you aren't taking things that need TL, the the triarch stalker looses it's biggest benefit.

Doom Scythe: harder to hit/ more maneuverable
Doomsday Arc: because it starts on the field, you'll get more shots. More shots = more death. But it is a stationary target, sometimes hard to get a good lineup of shots.
Out of these two, I'd say Doom Scythe
