If I'm using a Draigo Paladin list, can I choose the unit Draigo is attached to as the target for Grand Strategy in order to give them the 6" scout redeployment towards the relic, and then pick up the relic on my first turn after moving a further 6" (assuming I started 12" from the relic)?

Seems to reek of cheese since we all know it's nigh on impossible to wrestle the relic from a fully pimped out Paladin squad led by Draigo, but is it legal?
