At 36 inches you have 24 TL Str 6 + 12-42 (potentially TL) Str 7 shots ignoring cover.
+ 4 TL Wraithcannons (thanks to Farseer).

Added the Wraithguard to help keep the Farseer alive.

The problem I see with 2 wraithknights is the following; They have no invulnerable save and do NOT have eternal warrior.

You might think that EW doesn't matter because you have T8, but then you re-read the "Distort" rule in your own codex and conclude that enemy wraithguard can kill your 240 point model outright.

There are also an abundance of AP2 and AP3 weapons out there that gimp your armor. Krak Missiles, Lascannons and Starcannons for example - none of which stand a very good chance of harming a land raider, but can gradually whittle down your 240 point monstrosity.

Also on the downside is transporting the models to your FLGS. God forbid that you have to get on an airplane to fly to a GT.

However, one thing I think the WK does really well is counter Necrons. All of their guass flayers that glance land raiders to death are impotent against your WK. They'll have to come up with a new idea for you.

EDIT : Actually, I think the wave serpents in this list are what are really scary.
