The question is in the title. Do the chaos steeds such as a Juggernaut of Khorne or a Disc of Tzeentch have models? I would think so but after looking around on the GW site I have yet to find some.

Long live the Chaos Space Marines!!!

After very little searching, here is what I found:
Herald on Juggernaut

herald on disc

If you are looking for CSM models...

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Here is a good option for the juggernaut.

It's not the size of the blade, it's how you use it.

I didn't even think to check Chaos Warriors...

The only one that is hard to find is the Palanquin of Nurgle, only one model of that (And it's Epidemus', the Nurgle Herald SC)

Juggers are easy (Skullcrushers/bloodcrushers), Steeds of Slaanesh are easy (hellstriders/seekers/slaanesh chariots), Disks are fairly easy (The Burning Chariot comes with one, from memory (or at the very least can be used as one)).

A pile of those newer nurgling models with a big shield on top makes for a simple but effective Palanquin.

This is, IMO, the best mounted Slaaneshi Herald/Lord

I got the boob-snake, and swapped the rider for a Seeker of Slaanesh, gave her a whip from the Slaanesh Chariot. Made a great-looking Herald for my Daemons!

The boob worm is very popular.
