LoS to the assaulted how are they declaring a charge?
There is a possibility for Chargers to have
LOS but no Defenders to have
LOS, especially with elevation changes.
The Chargers might be under an overhang with
LOS to the target's feet/lower legs, while the target has 0
LOS to any of the chargers.
In this(or similar cases) the charge target is allowed Overwatch, that they
cannot perform.
The rules are clear, if the charge target has no
LOS to the charger, then the target has no valid shots for the overwatch.
The same goes for partial unit visibility, if only 1 model in the charging unit has
LOS to the target unit(and visa verse),. then while the unit may declare the charge only the models visible to the charged unit can be killed via overwatch(this could even lead to a single model in
LOS to begin with, and dying, but the target still getting charged by all the models that did not have
LOS to begin with)
