It could be the pictures, but the first scheme looks a bit muddled and muddy where the second definitely seems to be crisper.
From the pictures provided, i'd say the second one.

For IF second is nice, though the first would make an awesome raptors chapter marine - definitely one of the nicer written fluff/backgrounds.

The second one by far... the first one doesn't look anything like Imperial Fists.
For IF second is nice, though the first would make an awesome raptors chapter marine - definitely one of the nicer written fluff/backgrounds.
Not quite the color I would use for Raptors, but their fluff is phenomenal... A big part of why that are my favorite chapter.
